As the date for the annual conference in Tel Aviv approaches, more then 20 members and their spouses have already registered. The Steering Committee meanwhile is preparing the tasks for the working sessions.
Since organizational- and network-topics were addressed in past conferences, this year’s focus will be on opportunities and experiences concerning the approach of new clients, how to raise their interest and how to achieve customer loyalty. As an international law association, we would like our members to share their experiences which might differ from country to country. Every firm in attendance is asked to prepare a short presentation on its efforts to tackle these issues and the means used to do so (speeches, internet, flyer, direct telephone approach, conferences etc.).
A few firms will elaborate on the matter with an inside view of opportunities and pitfalls. We ask those who can provide input for an intense and interesting work session to inform the Steering Committee about their intentions before May 4th. We also welcome any further wishes for topics to be discussed until then.
